How to make strawberry Bellini

 

Ingrendients:

 

Prosecco wine o sparkling wine.

1 cup Strawberry

Peach puree or peach nectar

 1)-Pour in a chilled champagne flaute 3 strawberries and with the back of a spoon smash.

 2)-In the top of the strawberries pour 1 part of puree or peach nectar and complete with prosecco/sparkling wine.

 Decor with strawberry.

Enjoy!

Note:We use a strawberry sparkling wine if you don't find it just use wine sparkling wine.

 

 

Como preparar un strawberry  Bellini

Ingredientes :

Vino Prosecco o Vino espumante.

fresa / frutilla

nectar o pure de durazno

En una copa de champagne colocar 3 fresas y con el dorso de una cucharra aplastarla, colocar una parte de nectar de durazno y completar con vino espumante o prosecco.

Decorar con una fresa.
